Job vacancy Education Counsellor (Study Abroad)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and proactively sell or cross-sell to turn leads into sales and meet targets
- Advise students and their families on study opportunities and options
- Give information on institutions in person or by phone
- Follow up on students' applications and update them on offers or rejections
- Help students with visa applications and requirements
- Update student applications on database and team reports accurately and timely
- Deliver good after sales service to get referrals from parents and students
- Interpret for institutions at seminars, interviews, or exhibitions
- Maintain good relationships with students, their families, institutions, and visa office
  JOB REQUIREMENT
- Experience in education counselling for at least 03 years
- Excellent communication, explanation and customer orientation skills
- Strong sales ability and customer relationship management
- Ability to work under high pressure and target
- Professional and efficient business communication (in Vietnamese and English)
