Our client is one reputable Food trading company. This job's purpose is to develop the Retail business mainly the GT channel.
Open key outlet in Ho Chi Minh City & Handle distribution for Vietnam
Other tasks such as Admin

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Trade Channel:
  • To execute Trade/ MKT program
  • To manage and attend to the administration of the sales team's correspondence
  • To Laise with sub-distributors on market, sales, programs
  • To open key outlets in Ho Chi Minh City and sub-distributors in the country
  • Regularly/ daily visit the outlet for checking inventory, get orders, merchandising
  • Monthly visit sub-distributors for checking inventory, updating promotion
• Modern Trade Channel:
  • To manage and attend to the administration of the sales team's correspondence
  • To liaise with RTL store manager/ buyer/ HOQ on daily operation, PO, delivery, credit, payment
  • To perform statistical market surveys or analyses on certain FMCG consumers' consumption trends
  • To attend to clients' / customers' inquiries, complaints, orders, and delivery with prompt efficiency
  • To liaise with Finance & Legal Division on all legal documentation to authenticate the validity of contracts and documents
  • To liaise with Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division in ensuring timely product arrival and/or delivery from suppliers/vendors and to clients.
  • To monitor the sales progress of the Sales Team and brief them accordingly on their respective monthly sales progress on a regular basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG/Food distributor companies
• Willingness to travel frequently
• English is not required but it is a plus
