Center Management (Amusement ) Base in HaiPhong
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A company specializes in the business of entertainment such as Arcade Games, Bowling in Vietnam and Cambodia.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Revenue management and cost management. Daily sales report and other related reports.
- Management of assets, machinery and goods. Schedule repairs, purchases, and replacements. Manage operations, ensure the center operates in accordance with the standards and regulations of the company.
- Manage human resources, guide and direct employees to work processes, assign positions and tasks. Arrange employee's monthly work schedule.
- Develop plans to boost revenue, improve service quality and customer experience at the center.
- Manage the entire daily work of the Center Games, Kids, ...
- Understand and ensure the reporting - communication - discussion process. Work and report directly to upper management.
- Solve customer problems and related work in the center.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Male/Female from 26 years old or older, College graduate or higher, good health, agile.
- Have a high sense of responsibility for work, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Ability to work independently/group and good problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of service management experience. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operations and revenue management.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Japanese/Chinese/English.
BENEFITS
Monthly Salary :
Salary: 17.000.000 ~ 20.000.000 Allowance: Lunch (680,000vnd) and Phone (200,000vnd) monthly
Other Benefits :
8h30 ~ 17h00 (Mon - Sat)
Bonus & salary reviewed based on working performance
