Job vacancy Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager /Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate corporation is looking for Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager /Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and analyze condominium and/or low-rise residential market, sales, and marketing process in company condominium JV project with local partners and report effective analysis internally.
• Collect information from several sources (JV partner staffs, agents, market report, sales staffs in sales galleries, customer etc.), analyze condominium market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile, behavior, preference etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally.
• Visit sales galleries for major condominium and low-rise residential project by other developers, talk with sales agents to collect information, analyze the product (area, product specification, pricing, target customers etc.) and report the situation internally.
• Visit development sites for major condominiums and low-rise residential future projects by other developers and report the situation internally.
• Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes and translate documents from Vietnamese to English
• Other relevant tasks on request

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
• Having at least 5 years of experience in same position.
• Knowledge and experience in sales process and marketing activities (advertisement etc.) in condominium and/or low-rise residential project based on actual local practice and legal compliance in HCMC or in Hanoi
• Experience of actual sales in condominium and/or low-rise residential project in HCMC or in Hanoi at global agent (preferable)
• Ability to collect information from several sources (JV partner staffs, agents, market reports, sales staffs in sales galleries, customer etc.), analyse condominium market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally.
• Knowledge about customers’ preference and action, such as loan and sales before delivery.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
• Business trips to Hanoi
