COMPANY OVERVIEW

JAC's client, a foreign-invested hospital is looking for Customer Service to work at their clinics.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for doctor's examinations and provide explanations to patients.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to patients and visitors at the clinic
• Handle billing and insurance claims and process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Foreign languages, Services
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service
• Candidates with experience in the medical/health sector are preferred.
