Job vacancy Quality Assurance Officer(Process Quality Management)

- JAC’s client is hiring Quality Assurance Officer
- This company is a Japanese company based in HCM city, one of the largest portal sites in Japan, providing more than 100 services such as search, auction, news, weather, sport, mail, shopping and so on.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Audit the process compliance of projects in accordance with defined Quality Process Management.
• Report non-conformity, issues or detected defects in process compliance audit/product review, follow and track correction plan till closure.
• Audit the products/services developed or delivered by project teams to ensure their quality and satisfaction of customers.
• Report issues or detected defects in product verification to higher level of QA/QA Lead and Project Manager/Manager, follow and track correction plan till closure.
• Collaborate with projects, QA team to measurement & analysis objectives, quality and performance of projects.
• Analyze process/projects data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Quality Management
• At least 2-year experience working as QA in software company.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking is preferred.
• Have a good Quality mindset, very carefully and Detail-oriented.
• Good in communication, teamwork, be able to communicate coherently and persuasively.
• Flexible and Patience, be able to work in different contexts.
• High Sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in ISO, CMMI and other quality frameworks is preferred.
• Having experience in projects for Japanese market is preferred.
• Knowledge in Agile/SCRUM is a plus.
