● Define business/functional requirement through the discussion with the
customer;
● Having technology base
● Make the plan and execute the service launch;
KPIs/Assessment method, directing, monitoring, training, evaluating, give the
feedback to the team members)
● Make the strategy of development team of 1 year and for long term
● Track project costs in order to meet budget;
● Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
   REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
● Experience of project management for at least 3 years in IT industry
● Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain
situation of a project
● Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional
requirements, system architecture, etc.
● Communicate fluency Japanese or English  BENEFITS:
