Job vacancy Assistant for Japanese Manager

We are looking applications from independent and highly motivated candidates for the position of Assistant for Japanese Manager in our Da Nang office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Translating and interpreting for Japanese GD during internal meeting, daily communication with Vietnamese staff in the office and during visit customers.
• Interpreting and translating emails & documents between Japanese and Vietnamese.
• Synthesize documents and prepare reports as required.
• Having experience in working Japanese environment.
• Daily support for Japanese GD.
• Other assignment as request from higher management level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Graduated from University (preferably majoring in Japanese)
• Those who aim to acquire Level 1 of the Japanese Language Qualification or will pass Level 1 in this year.
• More than 3 years of work experience with Japanese people.
• Experience exchanging business emails with Japanese people.
• Experience staying in Japan for more than 2 years.
• Daily communication in English is possible.
• Work experience in real estate business, sales or digital marketing.
• PC typing skills Active, good communication, hardworking, problem solving, teamwork, able to work under pressure
