JAC's client – a Japanese Brand is looking talent for Engineering Manager.  
As an Engineer Manager you will manage and supervisor activities related to machinery in the company and ensure that these activities company which WHO GMP, SOP regulation in maintenance service to make sure as requirement. Responsible for maintenance and repairing Electrical/ machine and control part of all production machine, utility equipment.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working under the direct management of the Plant Manager. Directly report to Factory director according to the prescribed reporting regimes.
• To manage and coordinate activities of the Technical Department, to be responsible to the Board for the operation of the Division.
• Planning maintenance, repair, and improvement of equipment throughout the factory.
• Planning for repairing, maintaining equipment, planning technical supplies.
• Perform maintenance and periodic maintenance of equipment so that the system is always operating well, with high life expectancy.
• Immediately repair the damage occurred in the production process, reducing the maximum time machine failure, contributing to increase labor productivity.
• Propose and advise the Directorate on technical improvements.
• Urge the implementation of the rules of electric safety, fire prevention, labor safety in the workshop.
• Human Resource Management skill.

• Auto-cad, Excel, Work, Power-point,…
• PLC, GMP, Report, Construction supervision
• Read construction drawings, Electrical drawings
• HVAC.
• Education: University
• Major: Mechanical Engineer, electrical engineering
• Language: English in high level
• Experience: at least 05 year with the same position
