COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a coffee manufacturing in Ba Ria – Vung Tau

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create communication plans utilizing digital tools such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.;
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure plan execution on schedule and propose improvement plan quickly if there is
• Understand the company strategy properly and work with customers in lines with the strategy.
• Observe the customer's demands/requests, and share the obtained information/ your ideas among the team.
• In order to achieve the profitable business to both customers and internal client in company, it is essential to understand the importance of working as a team, not only Sales and Purchase but also factory (such as Production, QC etc)
• Deep understanding and knowledge on our own items is necessary.
• Also it is necessary to have a sense of cost/profit, understand demand/supply of coffee industry.
• Share the ideas among the team and get a consent on it first before disclosing it to the others.
• Insprie the colleagues for better solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experiences of sales with sufficient knowledge of the own products/ services.
• Working experience at food industry.
• Working experience at coffee industry. (not mandatory but preferred).
• Experience of problem solving (problem of procurement or sales)
• Good listener.
• Able to summarize the topic, and speak logically.
• Make efforts to understand the issue and contribute for the better communication among the team.
• English communication skill (speaking, listening, writing).
