JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish a sales network to consume products at petrol and oil dealers, motorbike repair facilities, car garages, …
• Undertake development, policy making and expansion of the dealer network of lubricants in Hanoi region
• Analyze and research the product market of competitors to come up with strategies and policies for development to achieve goals.
• Participate in seminars, new product promotion campaigns at Trade Shows/Exhibition or new product promotion campaigns of companies manufacturing cars, motorbikes, etc.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer’s feedback & complaints.
• Manage daily sales activities of team. Training and coaching team member
• Collaborate with cross functional team to improve on sales activities
• Report to the Regional Sales Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of engine lubricant business development and management
• Understand the market trend and customer demand
• Knowledge of machines and engines
• Good communication in English is a must, Japanese is preferred
• Male/Female, age 30 – 45

• Salary from 40,000,000VND to 58,000,000 VND Gross Monthly + Bonus (Negotiable)
