COMPANY OVERVIEW
The leading company in the inks and auxiliaries business in Thailand and Vietnam. We specialize in screen, pad , and digital printing inks as well as other printing accessories such as steel and aluminum plates (Cliché), silicone pads (of various sizes) , and many other products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the order processing flow starting from the receipt of customer orders up to shipment expedited to customers as per promised date.

• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated with Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• (Printing industry background is an advantage).
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work hard under pressure and possess problem-solving skills.
