COMPANY OVERVIEW
A famous Japanese company in the field of manufacturing is looking for a Deputy General Manager of Production Unit (Japanese & English speaking) to work in Vsip 2- Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• As a contact point for communication with customer together with Japanese managers, will respond to the followings:
• Facilitate meetings with customer                               
• Explain meeting materials                                  
• Factory vs customer negotiation
• Follow up to execute the instructions of Japanese management                       

*The details will be discussed in the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

【Basic Skill】

• English Communication (Must): TOEIC 700 and above
• Japanese Communication (N3)
• MS Office(Excel, PPT, word)
• Presentation Skill
• Bachelor's degree and above

【Add hoc Skill】

• Experienced in negotiate with foreign customer
• Can interact with customer and coordinate within in the company
• Knowledge of production operations
• Basic knowledge of automation, kaizen
• Basic knowledge of PSI
• Basic knowledge of quality
• Interview: Onsite interview (face to face)
