Job vacancy Architect Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign construction company is looking for Architect Manager   to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh office.  
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the drawing design, drawing control works.
• Monitor construction stage with contract administrative in good design sense till completion.
• Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues.
• Reviewing designs and make adjustments to designs as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy of early design work
• Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Attend consultant and project meetings
• Good knowledge in preparation of authority submission will be considered
• Coordinating with client, design sub-con & Design manager for regular meetings
• Making a master drawing schedule
• Checking regulation in area and negotiate with Authority
• Monitoring drawing status of progress
• Checking Material specification and chose Suitable design (considering cost)
• Coordinate with Site Team & Consulting Team to share drawing information
• Drawing control following ISO
• Supporting in tender to check Regulation and Condition from the tender

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience at same position
• Excellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Office.
• Strong creative design and time management skills.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to liaise with clients & consultants and handle projects
• Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently and within the team
• Good communication in English skills
• Having Architectural designer license Grade 1 or Grade 2
