JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily check account receivable
• Daily issue VAT invoice & checking evidence following
• Monitor invoice dates and payments from customers;
• Keep track of the payment and clear debt by recording it into the equivalent accounts.
• Make monthly Intercompany reconciliation report
• Keep track of the Export Custom declaration
• Document Control is set monthly.
• Follow and update new Tax law, utilize in actual jobs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and business administration.
• 1-2 years experience in accounting, finance
• Have good English communication skills.
• Communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Time management, project management, teamwork.
• Careful, keen on details, responsible, and hard-working.
