COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a manufacturer of electrical insulating materials. It produces and distributes electronics, industrial and functional products such as polymer synthesis, and adhesive and coating technologies. The company offers value-added products such as optical films for liquid crystal displays, automotive materials and parts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company’s computer systems, make the IT Planning align to the group IT strategy and higher-level policy. Based on the specialized knowledge of IT technology required for business, lead and collaborate with HQ, Regional and Company IT department, to establish sustainable IT platform and stable operation of IT systems to support business activity.  Manage IT Planning and Development

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness 
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective project implementation
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance-
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

Managing risks relating to information technology and cyber-security

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems to comply with Group policy for information security and standard infrastructure with BCP management
• Overseeing the IT Operations, understanding issues related to IT consist of Group standard IT infrastructure and individual IT Systems managed by company
• Optimizing IT Operations by centrally unifying the control of operational procedures and automating the execution of operational tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualification

• Education: Graduated from university (Bachelor's degree). As the faculty of origin, computer science, information technology science, engineering
• Foreign language: Proficiency in the English, Japanese language (written/ spoken) is highly favourable
• IT skills: Professionals in Enterprise IT Operations and knowledgeable about Project Management, Cyber Security and Microsoft products.

Relevant Experience 

•  Has more than 5 years of work experience in IT departments of manufacturing companies, system integrators, consulting firms, etc.   Excellent in team construction and management in the past.
• Proven working experience in corporate project deployment (ERP Implementation, so on)
• Good experience of IT technology control in information security and internal control.
• Being profession in infrastructure-related technology of cloud / network / server / security.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft products (Windows OS, AD, O365) and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
