COMPANY OVERVIEW
The position to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company’s computer systems, make the IT Planning align to the group IT strategy and higher-level policy. Based on the specialized knowledge of IT technology required for business, lead and collaborate with HQ, Regional and Company IT department, to establish sustainable IT platform and stable operation of IT systems to support business activity.

Location:   Binh Duong
Working time:  08:00 AM – 17:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage IT Planning and Development

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective project implementation
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems to comply with Nitto Group policy for information security and standard infrastructure with BCP management
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Optimizing IT Operations

• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Understanding issues related to IT and strengthening the operations at companies in Vietnam together with related parties.
• Overseeing the IT Operations in Vietnam, consist of Nitto Group standard IT infrastructure and individual IT Systems managed by company.
• Optimizing IT Operations by centrally unifying the control of operational procedures and automating the execution of operational tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Has more than 5 years of work experience in IT departments of manufacturing companies, system integrators, consulting firms, etc.
• Fluent Japanese and English.
• Excellent in team construction and management in the past.
• Proven working experience in corporate project deployment (ERP Implementation, so on)
• Good experience of IT technology control in information security and internal control.
• Being profession in infrastructure-related technology of cloud / network / server / security.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft products (Windows OS, AD, O365) and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
• Good quality in Leadership
• High sense of responsibility
• Able to perform under high pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Being familiar with IT technology, old and new, and tolerant of technology
• Rapid escalation ability (report / sharing / consultation)
• Sincere and passionate
• Creative ideas
