Job vacancy Legal Supervisor

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign-owned capital company produces spices, cooking oils, frozen foods, beverages, sweeteners, amino acids, and food seasoning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up closely on the management list and requests for Licenses and Certificates for Business Licenses of related departments to ensure application punctually;
• Supervise and support reviewing contracts;
• Research relevant law stipulations and legal consultancy for issues arising from various activities of the Company;
• Support to ensure on-time registration and right compliance according to the current law;
• Deploy ISO 9001 system to Legal Section including:
• Well understand the required processes and procedures of the ISO9001 system;
• Guide, and train the processes/ procedures of the ISO9001 system for all Legal members;
• Monitor and ensure all activities of the Legal Section follow the ISO9001 system;
• Prepare budget reports as requested and manage land lease contracts and pay land leases, infrastructure using fees;
• Supervise and give guidance to subordinates on daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Law, or related majors;
• Be proficient in MS Office and fluent English;
• Have general knowledge of Vietnamese Law and business knowledge;
• Be responsible, careful, business-minded, and active;
• Have at least 03 years of experience in an equivalent position.
