A foreign Real Estate company is looking for Tenant Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating and managing tenants, managing all operations and facilities for the mall project
• Finding and working with service providers, purchasing, and quality control of suppliers (cleaning, security, landscaping, ...)
• Control revenue and balance costs
• Analyze the current tenant's operation situation and propose improvement plans.
• Handling tenant complaints and service requests
• Support to run marketing plans and promotion plans for projects.
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, any majors
• Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service....
• English: Good
