JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operation of Admin & Planning Department in all job lines (HR, CPC, CS, ICT) in HCMC Branch Office, ensuring the efficient and productive performance of the whole team.
• Lead and supervise HR line, which covers HR jobs in all areas – HR ruling systems, training & development, compensation & benefits, personnel movement, labor relations,… in both Hanoi and HCMC offices.
• Assist Supervisors and Management in development and implementation of various office rules and regulations to ensure the most appropriate governing direction and regulating principles pursuant to statutory requirements and Region's policies and strategies.
• Develop Team members' capabilities to strengthen Team's performance and support Individual's career enhancement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth understanding of Vietnam Labor law and labor market.
• Expert knowledge of HRM/HRD and general administration.
• Good management and leadership skills. High sense of integrity and sound management.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate well with other Departments.
• Good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills. Able to communicate smoothly with all levels of internal/external competence.
• Proficiency in English; Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 7~10 year experience in HR and Administration management.
• Having experience in foreign companies is preferred..
