Our client is a top company in the Purifier sector in Vietnam   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building up 80% Online/20% Offline MKT campaign plan effectively (using our digital platforms as well as partners’ platform offline and online: such as FB / E.C page / Loyalty club /and take lead of Landing Page & New Website project…)
• Plan and lead team to execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Understand dealers, partners, and supermarket requirement and co-operate with them to create demand and help segments to reach the sales KPI (include B2C, B2B/Interior partner, Mass segment)
• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market to gain new customers and build loyalty/ referral business.
• Manage and monitor Campaign MKT expense within the budget.
• Together with Digital and Trade team to deploy the campaign.
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Understand and have brand planning ability to ensure campaign implementation follows the brand direction/brand communication guidelines by discussing with Branding & Creative team.
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• And other task/project are assigned by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate University in Marketing or related field
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in the relevant position (Marketing/Campaign Leader/Manager)
• Solid experience in Digital & Trade Marketing (Online and Offline) – Digital MKT execution experience (Very strong in SEO)
• Creative, dynamic, result oriented.
• Good communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
• A good understanding of current marketing trends
• Hard working and can work under pressure.
