JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• To meet or exceed store sales target
• To achieve the brand standard in customer service and selling
• To achieve the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising, and operation
• To recruit, train, retain and develop high-quality team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4 – 6 years of retail experience is a focused, customer service oriented in retail environment (preferable apparel/footwear) with results-driven track records
• 2 – 3 years supervisory experience required
• Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals, demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talents.
• Effective communication, ability to present information to large groups and facilitate store visits.
• Retail operation, budgeting, planning, customer service, people development and management.
• Extensive experience in leading a top level of customer service in a brand retailer
