JAC's client is a professional agency in the Call Center Service Industry that is currently looking for a potential candidate for the Call Center Operations Manager (Work From Home) position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily remote operation of the Work From Home call center
• Ensure a professional and high-quality service experience
• Training and supervision of contact center staff
• Contribute to the establishment of service workflows, service needs, and service recovery protocols.
• Constantly improve contact center operations and processes
• Handle communications with stakeholders and team members, identify needs, recommend action plans, and resolve issues to meet targets.
• Motivate employees to consistently meet service quality requirements and provide service excellence.
• Identify and participate in service or process improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years experience in contact centre operations
• Experience managing multi-channel touchpoints such as Inbound, Outbound, and Email/Chat is an advantage.
• In-depth and extensive knowledge in contact center operations
• Excellent understanding of contact centre service level KPIs
• Proficient in relevant computer and MS Office applications
• Able to confidently liaise with Mandarin speaking customers is an added advantage
• Efficient time management and ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
