COMPANY OVERVIEW
A foreign construction company is looking for Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in HCM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Manage the drawing design, drawing control works.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy of early design work Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Finalize drafting projects.
• Revisit designs and make adjustments to designs as needed.
• Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Liaise with various professionals and departments to coordinate project details.
• Other requirements base on Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• A portfolio of completed designs.
• Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.
• Strong creative design and time management skills.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good maths skills.
• Architectural designer license Grade 1 or 2
