Hai Phong Cement plant has been started its construction since 25.12.1989 with the logo of Blue Dragon and Red Dragon. Its products was once presented at the Liege Exhibition (France) in 1904. Further, thousands tons of its products have been accessed to various countries like in Far East, in Vladivostoc, in Java (Indonesia), in Hainan (China) and in Singapore etc.
