Trung Tin Girdle Cake (Rice paper)-located in Cu Chi province, Ho Chi Minh City - was established in 1991 to consolidate the operation of the trade village with an assembly line of 500 bake house and 1000 villager-laborers. Our output is 500 tons per year. First the factory was only 1000 m2 large, and there are 60 workers doing quality control and packing goods to export. Up to 1998, we first researched and develop a new girdle product – super thin and soft girdle made from Tapioca starch, and all of these were made by hand.In 2002, we set up the second factory with 10.000 m2 land to invest and install 2 systems of industrialized bake house with high quality Girdle Cake processing, which can produce girdle cake with equal thinness and thickness and have the output of 1000 tons per
