Temporary residence card -Approval of immigration

Temporary residence card is issued for foreigners within 1-3 year .Investors in the following cases will be granted residence card if they are:
• Members of limited liability company with two members or more.

• The owners of one member limited liability companies.

• Members of the board of management of joint-stock companies, or Having the work permit under the Vietnamese Labor Law.

The price list of Temporary residence card :
1 year = 130 USD
2 year = 150 USD
3 year = 170 USD


* cases Special :
+You have decision Appointed director:
2 year = 750 USD
+ You don't have any Work permit/ Business license:
2 year = 900 USD
Note:
+ In addition, their accompanying next of kin (father, mother, wife, husband or children under age 18) also will be granted residence cards.
+ Residence card holders are exempted of a visa when entering Vietnam.
+ the residence card is not granted to those whose passport’s remaining validity is of less than one (01) year.

one-month : 10USD
one-month (multiple) : 13USD
Three-month (single) : 15USD
Three-month(multiple): 30USD
