JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support for project management work as a developer (in charge of building design and other designs)

•  In charge of development work performed by developers, such as building design/other designs management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management
•  Design supervision at renovation construction site (IPH) and school construction site (Gia Lam area)
•  Repare of various documents, presentation materials, process and edit drawing data (CAD data).

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Vietnamese (Male/Female. Regardless of nationality if candidates can speak Vietnamese as native Vietnamese)
• Years of experience: More than 3 years in the architectural design industry
• Skills and qualifications: CAD (Revit) operation (required), architect qualification, basic PC skills
• Education: University or college graduate related to construction technology
• English: Business level
