Overview: An e-payment company which was successful received fund raising by US investor is looking for an HRM.Location: Hanoi Job description
- Develop personnel plans, recruit as required in the departments, complete the recruitment process and recruitment channels.
- Develop and implement HR training and development programs
- Advise the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of company policies, salary, bonus, insurance….
- Developing and implementing KPI for HR positions
- Develop programs to increase employee motivation
- Advising the Board of Directors on the construction of the company's apparatus and organizational structure
- Manage records, resumes and documents related to all employees of the Company, Make reports on the use of Human Resources in the Company
- Other requirements as directed by the Board of Directors Requirements1. Expert knowledge
- Graduated from university with major in Human Resource Management or related
- Having in-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management, systems, insurance, laws related to human resource work
- Proficient in office.
- Good English.
2. Experience
- Requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or at least 3 years in a senior specialist position3. Skills
- Leadership, organization, and supervision skills
- Decision making and change management skills
- Coaching, training and mentoring skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Planning and reporting skills4. Personal qualities
- Careful, proactive, creative and highly disciplined;
- Ambitious and able to withstand high pressure at work;
- Able to work well independently or in a team;
- High commitment and responsibility, good enthusiasm
