JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for consulting the company on human resources issues, building partnerships in the human resources departments of the corporation to bring added value to the management board as well as public employees in line with the company's human resource orientation and business goals:

• Building and implementing a job performance evaluation system (PMS) to all departments in the company to ensure a transparent and effective job evaluation system, contributing to promoting employee productivity individuals and groups to achieve the business goals of the organization.
• Develop, implement, manage talent development and retention plans (key personnel, core personnel, career development programs...) at all parts of the company to ensure the team capable and willing successors to effectively carry out the organization's goals.
• Consulting and controlling resource plans in the company to ensure stable operation of departments, ready to meet short-term and long-term development strategies of the organization.
• Advising Departments/Departments on solutions related to personnel change: recruitment, resignation, transfer, promotion...
• Contribute ideas or propose solutions to the Office Department and the Payroll and Welfare Department when developing employee engagement policies and activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/master’s degree in HR/ HR Management/ HR Relation
• 5+ years of prior experience in HR/HRBP
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the field of human resources (human resource management, general human resources, or experience in TA/CnB ...)
• Knowledge of human resource management, company culture, products, organizational structure, operations of departments.
• Knowledge of HRBP, Technology systems, Resource analysis and determining the value of needs

• Salary from 45,000,000 to 55,000,000 VND Gross Monthly
