JAC's client is life insurance company looking for Relationship manager position for their Sales Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell life insurance policies to potential customers and advise them on the best options for their needs and budget
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with excellent customer service and support
• Identify new leads and prospects through referrals, networking, cold calling, online marketing, etc.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients and negotiate terms and conditions
• Follow up with clients and assist them with the application process, claims, renewals, and other issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators
• Comply with all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
• Attend regular training sessions and update your knowledge and skills on life insurance products and trends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree and above
• Sales experience in the insurance industry (preferably life insurance)
• Experience in forming alliances with other companies
• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience working for a Japanese company would be beneficial
• Management experience would be beneficial
• Average tenure of at least 2 years in previous positions
