COMPANY OVERVIEW  An innovative automotive company is calling applications for Consolidation Accountant Manager based in Hanoi, Vietnam. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management packs showing consolidated figures (or a portfolio of group entities)
  • Prepare the annual financial statements and explain the often complex group transactions to other departments, the board, or external auditors
  • Prepare detailed analyses of related party transactions, investigate fluctuations in numbers at a high level and report to those charged with governance
  • Manage a team of 5 accountants. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Undergraduate degree 
  • More than 4 of years of  experience with consolidations of multi-national organization
  • 3-5 years of Consolidations with OneStream/Hyperion or other consolidation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of intercompany and equity transactions along with eliminations
  • Excellent technical knowledge combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on accounting issues.
