Our Client is a leading German manufacturer of mechanical products worldwide as well as a renowned supplier to the automotive industry… With its three strong brands the group is active in the automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take part of the decision for new suppliers.
• Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and force to fulfill them.
• Visit, evaluate and audit suppliers with a team.
• Take the responsibility in the complaint management (trouble shooting) by the suppliers in case of actual quality matters.
• Support according to the escalation levels of insufficient performances.
• Support in projects related with new suppliers and partly leading these projects concerning the sub project with new supplier.
• Develop supplier performance.
• Make improvement project with supplier.
• Reporting of supplier quality status and activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
• Have 3-5years working experience in production in mechanical process.
• Technical understanding (in detail read engineering drawing).
• Knowledge in project management.
• Quality awareness (know about IATF 16949/ ISO 14000/ ISO 18000).
• English communication by technical language well (drawing, process flow...).
Nice-to-have:
• Knowledge on product development, supplier base, supplier development (prefer to have a bit knowledge).
• Knowledge about QC tool, 5 core tools.
