MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A company jointly invested by local company and Japanese company in Bac Ninh Province wants to recruit a Maintenance Engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of the incinerator:
• Understanding of operation and facility condition of incinerator.
• Arrange and supervise of scheduled and unexpected maintenance operation. Inform to the persons concerned.
• Order and contract of scheduled and unexpected maintenance operation (Operations up to handover to procurement).
• Evaluate and find the Maintenance company.
• Manage the consumables & spare parts.
• Deal with the facility trouble (arrange the contractors).
• Deal with the disaster (fire, earthquake, etc.).
• Promote environmental protection (e.g., prevention of dust and ash dispersion, drainage regulations).
• Implement safety patrols.
• Guidance on compliance (e.g., banning the removal of waste, incinerated materials, and equipment.
• Create annual/medium/long-term maintenance plans.
• Create and determine maintenance standards (update cycle, content of updates).
• Manage the maintenance performance.
• Process management during scheduled maintenance periods.
• Attendance at commissioning and handover contact after equipment repair (operations team and receiving team).

• Coordination and discussion of maintenance plans with receiving and operating units.
• Approve operating procedures and manuals.
• Annual cost management.
• Implementation of health and safety measures to prevent occupational accidents.
• Purchase of protective equipment, tools, materials, and consumables required by maintenance teams (managed by request to Admin).
• Reported at the steering committee meeting.
• Contact and co-ordination with relevant departments in the event of abnormalities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have experience working of plant maintenance operation management more than 3 years.
• Have experience working of process control at Construction company.
• Preferrable with bachelor major in mechanical or electricity.
• Favorable experience - waste treatment facility.
• Preferrable with bachelor but experience is more significant.
• English - advanced level.

• Good skills of Word, Excel, Power Point.
