JAC's client is a global insurance brokerage firm is looking for Director – Strategic Account Management for their Health Solutions division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview:
 
  • Work with the Health Solutions Leader and business units to identify and develop business opportunities that generate long-term client relationships and profitable revenue growth from the full range of new  and existing products and services
  • Teamwork and collaboration with to train and upskills your team and to generate new and expanded business.
  • Drive the strategy and business plan well beyond the set target of a HS team.

Growth and Sales
 
  • Key leadership role in the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans for HS team
  • Driving business development best practice, including industry research and (LMP) local market planning.
  • Shared ownership of the Pipeline with Health Solutions Leaders
  • Accountable for executing the in-country Health Solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
  • Leading, managing and executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
  • Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Developing and co-leading to win new large accounts
  • Formal review and sign-off and approval of all major bids and tenders across the team.
Client Ownership
 
  • Voice of company across the Health Solutions and other business units.
  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
  • Performing as knowledge resource, providing technical and/or operational expertise regarding key accounts including coordination of offices within own geography.
  • Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
  • Developing and maintaining a client relationship and build upon new business relations

Operational Excellence
 
  • Working with Health Solutions Leader to create sustainable divisional growth plans, LMP, Management of Company discipline
  • Managing & supervising the team on day to day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved
  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
  • Establishing processes and measuring for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with Company’s Code of Business Conduct.
  • Implementing SPS, Regional initiatives, Voluntary Benefits, Human Capital  Solutions, Wealth Solutions

Leadership
 
  • Managing direct reports as required, ensuring that their objectives are aligned with the overall country strategy, that their performance is satisfactory and that they are taking the necessary action continually to develop their capability as business leaders
  • Delivering counsel and execution support to clients and colleagues supporting retention and revenue growth objectives of the firm
  • Leading and engaging the team in a manner which provides direction, clearly delineated  responsibilities, and appreciation of importance and opportunity within the firm
  • Building trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration
  • Building on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.
  • Acting as support and escalation points for team members.
     
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • 8+ years of management consulting, business management, corporate human resources management, and organizational development experience;
  • Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices
  • Proven achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability and is a results-driven individual
  • Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with C-Suite stakeholders
  • Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on clients’ business results
