Job vacancy CAD Administrator

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Japanese company providing services about Water treatment business is looking for a CAD Administrator to join their professional team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of developing 3D design (BIM)

• Plant design for Water and Wastewater treatment system includes:
• Administrate 3D design software and system for automation, creation of database and improvement of work efficiency (Project setting, spec setting, catalog management, and setting & adjustment for subcontractors)
• Make rules for CAD and develop engineering tool
• Investigate, check, and evaluate 3D software (PDMS, P3D, Inventor, Revit, BIM360, etc.)
• Develop database and BIM (Develop design software with understanding of the company design concept.)
• Improve business efficiency with Python, VBA, etc.
• Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and work efficiency improvement
• Based on the company basic plan and basic design, in charge of detailed design (piping route planning, container design, equipment design, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Biological Engineering
• 4 years of experience in EPC project Piping design, including water treatment and oil, gas, etc.
• 2 years’ experience in Administrator position (or related experience)
• Good English for communication and reading technical documents, drawings
• Can read and understand P&ID
• Software using: AutoCAD 2&3D, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Revit, BIM360, Python, Forge, C+ related CAD program, HTML programming for API
• Knowledge of:  
  • • Standard international style of business communication and experience in creating business and technical documentation.
    • Standard of material in structure, storage tank, vessel, and piping (JIS or equivalent).
    • Piping drawing, isometric drawings, and can manufacturing drawings
    • Programming and IT system (HTML, API), Python, VBA, RPA, etc.
