- Manage general administration tasks.
- In charge of paper works related to company business and expat employment such as updating business license, temporary resident card.
- Follow up all office expenses, deal with suppliers/service providers for related issues.
- Collect, check office expenses vouchers, and process payments.
- Book air ticket, hotel, transportation.
- Having admin experience.
- Accounting, trading procurement experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skill.
