                     (FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & CORPORATE TEAM HEAD)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company is about real estate and other partners will set up a new project construction in Hanoi to develop a residential township in Hai Phong need to employ a Corporate Director working in Hanoi.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Properly understand what the new project company will function in the joint venture project and effectively design the internal controls and assign tasks to each member, e.g., cash/BK account management, AR/AP reconciliation, contract management etc.
• Effectively communicate with the Vietnamese partner and find a solution on each issue.
• Analyse differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC in JV partners, report the situation to expats and effectively prepare revised budget numbers.
• Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes and translate documents from Vietnamese to English
• Other relevant tasks on request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate, degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Working experience in accounting, finance, or audit experience at big 4 accounting firms or real estate developer is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis.
• Knowledge and experience in handling admin tasks including contract management.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• PC skills (Microsoft Excel and power point).
• Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
• Manage team members and allocate tasks to them efficiently and effectively.
• Understanding and flexibility to adopt Japanese business culture.

BENEFITS

• Gross/month 3,500-4,500 USD or below/above, based on experience.
• Pursuant to the company Internal Labour Rule.
• Work in Hanoi, sometimes required to travel to Hai Phong.
