COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign investment company is looking for an IT Helpdesk (Full-time remote) to assist and support their team with technical problems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up AND operating:

• Server and Cloud Infrastructure Azure
• Information and functional systems such as PC, LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Internet Service, Firewall
• Supporting development teams and PC end-users
• Ensuring security by enforcing policies, procedures & processes of technical functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have 1+ year of experiences in information system or related fields
• Good English communication
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows server operation
• Knowledge of system server, networking service management
• Knowledgeable of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IoT devices
• Knowledge with Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange
• Knowledge in managing Web Server using IIS, Nginx, Apache
• Knowledge in managing backup systems on Windows / Linux, diverse antivirus-systems
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the client (Windows, Mac, Linux as Ubuntu)
• Knowledge in virtualization such as Azure is a plus
