BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT (SCM)

One of the most reputable consulting firms from Japan, is now expanding its business in Vietnam for both Japanese and Vietnamese clients.  We provide business process consulting service regarding sales management, supply-chain management, production management, logistics and distribution, and finance/accounting management, in manufacturing, retail, service, and other industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.).
• Analyze and interpret facts to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
• Understand critical issues of the client’s SCM/logistics operations and its IT systems, and create a counterproposal for the client to improve its management and operation.
• Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution.
• Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Vietnamese and English.
• Support presales and creating a proposal for consulting projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• HUST , VNU ,FTU  degree only
• 4 to 5 years of consulting experience working for a consulting firm or similar work experience.
• High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
• Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).
• Outstanding communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
• Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
• Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment / Business Process Design / Business Requirement/Financial Policies).
• Deep understanding of supply chain business operations in a logistics or manufacturing company, such as:
  • Sales forecast/Supply chain planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse operations
  • Material handling
  • Transport assignment
  • Trade management
  • Sales management
  • Purchase management
• Basic understanding of logistics-related IT solutions e.g. SCP (Supply Chain Planning), CRM (Customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), WMS (warehouse management system), TMS (transport management system), etc.

BENEFITS
Monthly Salary :
Consultant Salary: 1500$ ~ 2000$ USD  Senior Consultant: 2000$ ~ 2500$ USD

Other Benefits :
     8h30 ~ 17h00 (Mon - Fri)
B onus & salary reviewed based on working performance
