A real estate development company is looking for Architect Manager with experience in the design/construction company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and advise team members.
• Supervise the design stage of future projects
• Assist the Tender team in the creation of Tender documents for future projects.
• To support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in future projects
• Assist Site PM teams in resolving architectural design issues during the construction and operation phases.
• Manage project design and schedule.
• Prepare administrative application documentation.
• Follow specification changes during construction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and above
• 7+ years of relevant working experience in design or construction company.
• Having experience with residential building projects.
• Good communication in English skills.
