COMPANY OVERVIEW  Our client is an innovations group company from European whose business model is to sell license to use their flooring technology. International patents and patent applications for the company's technologies have been granted and filed in over 100 countries worldwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading a small team in Vietnam and responsible for the business development in the country. 
  • Licensing our various technologies to the flooring manufacturers in Vietnam
  • Manage our licensees to increase the shares with our techs and following the terms of the licensing agreement
  • Identify trends and new developments in the flooring industry in Vietnam and develop new business in those areas together with other functions of the team
  • Build up long term relationship with all the players in the industry
  • Based in Hanoi (the North), may start a rep office soon. 
  • Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer Asia
  • Domestic and international travels involved (30 to 50%).

JOB REQUIREMENTS  
  • An ambitious and brilliant senior B2B sales professional with over 10 years working experience, including years of sales experience with international companies 
  • IP licensing/enforcement experience/background would be highly appreciated. 
  • Experience with flooring/wood product business or related business will be a plus
  • Personal sale ability is more important than sales team management experience for this role
  • Hard worker and good team player is a must. 
  • English as a working language, fluent/native in Vietnamese. Chinese speaking is an important plus (almost a must).
