JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development: This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment which emphasizes on spreading the company’s unique way of doing business with the enterprise customers.
  • Present the company to key Decision makers: You would need to understand the Company’s  Value offerings deeply and be able to pitch to Heads of Logistics or C-level Executives of Fortune 500 and High Turnover Vietnamese companies.
  • Account lifecycle management: Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, decision-makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure and transition to Key account management within a defined timeline.
  • Bidding the enquiry processes: You would need to participate in the end-to-end request-for-quotation process for the enterprises.
  • Maximizing the Revenues: You would need to coordinate and close all contractual
  • documentation for closure and revenue collection. Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Background: MBA from a top-tiered management Institute (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
  • Work Experience:  4+ years of experience in consultative Sales. Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.
  • Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Skill-set:
  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including
  • understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases,
  • negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, and Business acumen.
  • Passionate and ambitious individual contributor
