JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • HR Development (50%): Recruitment &Training
    • Set up & take responsibility for recruitment, Offer, On-board & Training scheme, and procedures.
    • Set up the team’s KPI; Follow up and ensure the recruiting plan is effective.
    • Evaluate recruiting channels and submit monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly- 1-year budgets.
    • Training to the team member (hard & soft skill): JD; interview skills, improve the efficiency of recruiting plan
  • HR Management (40%): C&B, Payroll & benefit, KPI
    • Set up internal policies, Company Internal Rules, and SOP related to C&B, KPI, Salary & benefits system, OT, Bonus, and Promotion under Vietnam Labour Law.
    • Manage and operate C&B duties; build up competency assessment framework.
    • Periodically review and improve existing SOP, policies.
    • Check and ensure social security is submitted on time and correctly.
    • Advise, set up, and collect the department’s KPI results monthly.
    • Calculate and ensure Salary is paid on time, and correctly.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Set up benefits, take care of employee policies; Build up organizational culture.
    • Manage and check award or discipline issues.
    • Recruiting and support IT (Frond-end; Back-end, Mobile app developer)
  • Admin tasks:
    • Handle and follow up company allowances: afternoon tea, birthday party, other activities
    • Yearly travelling and team building; Other allowances: employee health check, insurance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate from University majoring in Administrative Management, Human Resource
  • Management, fluent in English and local language (4 skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
  • Priority is given to candidates between the ages of 25 ~ 32
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a similar position with a model of 50 people or more.
  • Have good team management skills, set clear goals, and organize work well
  • Regularly update the Enterprise Law, Labor Law, and related laws.
  • High sense of responsibility, experienced in handling situations
  • Must have a valid Vietnam work visa.
