Japanese company whose line of business includes the production of bacterial and virus vaccines, toxoids, and analogous products.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ​​

• Implement Quality Management System and Working Environment
• Planning the selection and training for Quality Employees
• Planning the entire work of the Quality Control department
• In charge of Internal Communications of the company
• Planning and establishing quality management and control for product and implementing it
• Planning and implementing HR plans.
• Conduct analysis, investment and disposition for the quality information
• Guide QE staff to solve problems
• Assist supervisor or subordinate to handle related work
• Identify and control risks associated with the Quality Control System

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Experience as Quality Manager in the field of vaccines, chemicals, food
• Good English or Japanese
• Those who can live near company in Hung Yen or Hai Duong is preferable

• Salary: Negotiable up to VND 40M
• 7 - 8 days off/ month (including weekends)
