JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sale opportunity through networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
• Able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company
• Track sales expense and create monthly sales report by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expense
• Assist and support daily jobs for new projects such as washing machine, air conditioning and automotive, and others
• Collaborate with co-worker to follow up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production
• Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and handle customer’s complaints in order to maintain and increase satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, major in Business Administration/Communication/ Marketing…Preferred oversea graduated.
• Working experiences: Experience working as Sales/ BD Assistant Manager or Manager
• Preferred industry: Manufacturing working environment
• Able to communicate in English fluently (Having Japanese is a plus)
• Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and power point
• Good at interaction and interpersonal skill (social skills)
• Have basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Self motivated with a result-driven approach
• Enjoy cultivating relationship and entertaining customers
