JAC's client is one of the largest M&A firms in Japan providing international M&A services is looking for Investment Senior Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing, executing and monitoring investment opportunities.
• Conducting market research
• Conducting due diligence report
• Commercial Negotiations
• Management of junior staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, and business administration or related field　
• At least 5 years of experience in M&A advisory service  (not necessarily from the financial industry)
• Excellent presentation and negotiations skills
• Able to work in a team (experience of working on projects in a team).
• Management experience
• Excellent communicator in English
