JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
        Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
         *Development of strategic/business plan

• Utilize annual and multi-year business plans to define the priorities for the assigned region. Defining & Implementing the Sales & Marketing Plan in close collaboration with the TMCS Regional team.
• Understands the market needs/requirements and trends and pro-actively adapts supporting strategies.
• Alignment on geographic launch plans, market share/penetration goals, profitability and is also accountable together  for overall achievement on actual vs. Plan, ASP, product mix, disposable utilization, and competitive information.
• Develop Key Account Management Strategies and communicate with distributors or implement directly in co-ordination with the TMCS regional teams.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with KOL’s to understand industry and country specific trends.

*Drive commercial success in the region

• Participate in promotional activities and trade shows and drive adoption of TMCS products
• Work with Regional TMCS Commercial Director/TVME General Director to develop annual sales and strategic plans.
• Product update with the distributors.
• Getting Monthly reports (Sales & Service), Inventory management from Distributors.
• Execute strategic account plans aimed at developing and increasing business in specific target accounts.
• To reflect the potential opportunities in the region.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities for TVME:

• Has responsibility to manage TMCS, ME, DM, OTC business goals.
• Responsible for all aspect of marketing relating to TMCS, ME, DM, OTC and other what Management assigns.
• To regularly evaluate competitors and customer activities
• To identify and recommend product promotion in each sales area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluency in English, and good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Commercially astute, eager to partner with business, with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required. Degree in Medical or Medical Technology or Pharmacy or Marketing is preferable
• Rich marketing experience (at least 5 years), ideally for whole Vietnam (North, Central and South).
• Working experience more than 10 years.
• Experience in medical device company especial in TMCS is advantage.

BENEFITS
Monthly Salary :
Salary: 3000$ ~ 5000$ USD (depends on experience and ability)

Other Benefits :
     8h30 ~ 17h00 (Mon - Fri)
B onus & salary reviewed based on working performance
    Incentive: on quarter basis (to be discussed)
