COMPANY OVERVIEW
Japanese company, specializing in - Trading Business (machine tool and Industrial machines)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issuing Invoice, calculate salary and proceed to payment, Accounting/Prepare tax document to submit government office
• Communicate with accountant firm (outsourced)
• Communicate with the authorities
• Working time: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
• Overtime: sometimes (if needed)
• Business trip: yes (due to covid-19, it was cancelled last year)
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:

• More than 3 years of work experience as an accountant at a business company
• Experience working in Japanese companies,
• Japanese skill (N2 or higher) to Japanese GD support;

To prepare documents about company’s business result and verbally explain the contents (Documents use for Japanese GD to explain to Japan headquarters)

BETTER HAVE:

• A person who can manage the entire accounting work
• Willing to handle work HR&GA duties (If any)

(Possibility to handle some tasks together with another person in charge of accounting)
