COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a new set up company, specialized in fashion and textile.  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up the new Accounting department
• Overall budget management for the project
• Tax filing
• Managing payroll and reconciling bank statements
• Preparing accurate monthly financial statements and comparing them to forecasts
• Preparation of income statements and balance sheets
• Assist with budgeting and business planning
• Ensuring compliance with VAT laws
• Track late payments, report bad debts, and manage cash flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP and AR records
• Process cash disbursements and receipts
• Perform month-end reconciliations and financial analysis
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Review daily cash balances and maintain cash flow projections
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts
• Review vendor invoices and monthly reports
• Liaise with vendors on a timely basis
• Other general accounting related duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience of relevant working, especially in Trading/Manufacturing company is an advantage
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, consolidation, tax, and operational functions
• Has experience in setting up the accounting department
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, reliable and cooperative personality
